Oh - hoovooloo got a warning for posting stuff which was 'in code' - a bunch of stars and letters that could be decoded into English - start of war of the world or somesuch, if I recall. There were other factors, of course, but there does seem to be a slight hardening against gobbledegook that might be translatable into something nasty...
My own fave code is to use the letter above the letter you mean.

Easy to create - *really* tedious to decode again!

I really doubt that what Rat wrote was anything that decoded into anything... I think he was just b.s.ing some c**p so that he could get on the most posts list...
Never been one to decode codes... have a tough enough time with American english...
