I have a Freddie Mercury phobia.
He is scary (as far as I can tell from Top of the Pops 2 and other things like that) and this is not helped by his being dead.
How can I overcome this?

Don't watcth the video to Bohemian Rhapsody
It scared the hell outta me when I was 6.. God help you with a phobia!
People have strange phobias.. What exactly scares you about him? His costumes he has, ie: Him in Bohemian Rhapsody.. Does that scare you more than say, in I'm going slightly mad?

Okay, maybe not a phobia, but he is very scary.
Not just with the weird hair, it's worse when you see him on repeats from 'top of the pops', and he's just there (with facial hair) looking as if he might wander around the streets like that.

Yes. It defniitely adds to the scariness.
Although I have very definite views on facial hair to begin with.

Ah ok then.. Can't imagine anyone being scared of Freddie Mercury!
(unless they believe the hype.. But Pah! People like that I wouldn't spit on if they were on fire and running around my house with a petrol can!!!!)
Have you seen the These are the Days of our lives video then? Or Watch the ballet part of "I want to break free" - he shaved it off for that... and In These are the Days of our lives (his last known *real* song [made in heaven was released, an album with more songs on, in 1995]) he'd gotten it shaved too..

How exactly do you expect me to find these videos, and why would i if I don't like him?
I don't know any hype, he just looks scary.
