We never had those.
But we sitll had dances, of course... and you'd spend all your time worrying about whether or not someone asked you, or whether or not the person you asked would go with you, or whether or not they would say yes and then later lie to you to get out of it, but you easily found some other stupid 15 year old guy to go with, because you were trendy in the mid-nineties, and so you WENT with this other guy, who really didn't know you or talk to you, but that was ok because you were 15 too, and you were going to a DANCE!!! OH BOY!!!
Yep. And we had professional pictures. Stupid High School dances. So brim with importance.

::: thinks for a moment, twiddles ::: Sometimes (mostly recently) I seem to be in Tom's position of ineptitude... you don't really wanna know how many times I've heard "I think we should only be friends" or "You're a really great guy and all..."

Mike- yes, I'm still not over what you've told me...
Tim, hun- the girls in highschool are a bunch of low self esteemed, scared sheep, as Tom puts it, and you shouldn't expect much of them.
And that kinda sums my opinion of most women, sorry...

Well, it's probably got something to do with me not being attracted to women, but I don't see what's there to love...
I can understand physical attraction, or even fondness, but love has alot to do with knowing the person, and I doubt if you know any of them... So what's love got to do with it?

:;sings:: What's love got to do!?? Got to do with it!??
That's my Aunt's favorite song... or used to be....
Herrrmmm.... loving women, eh!?? I think women can get very demanding and selfish, but who's to say that men can't get that way, either?!? It just seems to be a general rule, however, that women can get very uptight, caught up in their image, and silly things like that(as can anyone), and so this consumes their energy and nothing else matters. Men, on the other hand, tend to be laid back(if it's possible), which I think is a good thing!!!! JUST CHILL OUT!!!! I'm not saying men are lazy: I think men seem to see things with a better perspective than women, and they're easier to get along with, because they aren't caught up with trivial concerns....
Thank you!!!!

>Elly> Srry about the confusion... whenever I use "luv" instead of "love" I'm meaning that fondness, and attraction...
::: toddles off to find a girl like Elly or Dragonfly :::
