Hismiley - biggrinmy name is Scoop and welcome to my little record shop aboard ship.

Thanks to the wonders of modern technology we have every record ever pressed and every CD ever burned right here in this Cabin for you to peruse and listen to at leisure.

Our staff (ie me at the moment) would love to chat with you about all your prospective purchases.

We also enforce a strict try before you buy policy.

So drop by anytime to listen to a tune or smiley - whistle along.

I've requested some Vinyl Record and CD smileys for the shop. I think they would come in handy.
Does anyone want to pick out the first record to play on the shop's sound system?

Sorry when I said new sound system I really meant cheap one that dosen't work very well in this sea air.

Well it needs to be able to play all forms of recorded music from including Vinyl, CD, Cassette, Minidisc, DVD, Bakelite tube, 8 track cassette,
It also needs to be able to summon up key live concerts that weren't recorded like the first playing of mozart or early Velvet underground gigs.
Its needs to decks to scratch.
It needs decent speakers with the ability to play multiple tunes concurrently so that people can here them all distinctly at the same time.
Some lights would be nice in case we have a disco.
Oh and make sure the CD draw has a nice smooth action.
smiley - cheers

The records here are organised individually for each person.
For some ordered minds they appear to be alphabetical in sections according to age or type.
To disorganised minds like mine they appear in an order based around when they were first heard. Since I recieved a tape with Can and Faust next to each other years ago they appear nearby.
