*Licking thumb anxiously in anticipation of turning the page at the signal...*

*Gets to the end of the aria and first variation .... 4 bars before the end, nods*

*hears "4 bars" - and sneaks out for his daily pub crawl *

*Distracted by Pierce getting up and leaving ,she misses seeing Kes's head nod... *

*Nods again, frantically, and tries to remember the first few bars of what's on the next page ....*

*Suddenly blinded by the glare coming off Kes's nodding head she accidently turns two pages.*

Decides that Variation No. 1 was a bit too quick anyway, and switches straight to Variation No. 2 ...now visible

*Notices the music has gotten a lot faster.*

Do your fingers ever get tangled?

*Thinks about it*

Only if I ever stop and think about it ..... Aaaaargh!

*Plays on through a few duff notes ...*

*Thinks about ing the back of Kes's neck. *

You have a nice haircut.

*is just about to walk back in, but then thinks better of it and sneaks off again*

*Feels a passing breeze and looks around. Sees no one, but misses the cue to turn the page.*

*Nods, coughs, nudges mari ...and wonders about getting a haircut ...while still trying to play Variation #4*

*Jumps! Turns the page quickly. Wonders if playing precludes speech.*

Can you talk and play at the same time?

*Stops playing for a bit*
Some things I can talk while I play ....but these variations are so complex ... they rather absorb most of my thinking! Maybe I should switch to something a bit easier!
