I cannot decide between the Polar Bear, Elephant, Penguin and Swan.
I have written an entry on the polar bear so it seems fitting. However, I love the penguins in the Madagascar film and have an entry on them in the update forum.
As for the swan and the elephant they are also great animals.

If it's mainly the pictures you like, one option would be to have a small blob of the polar bear, linked to the polar bear Entry, like I've used, and something like 'Click the polar bear picture to read my Polar Bear Entry', and similar with the Penguin, saying that you updated it. (If you want to do this, I can help you, if you need help)
Then you could adopt a couple of the other animals you like, does that sound like a plan.
