Bush is stupider than stupid. Do you know, David Icke says he is a reptile?
I was going to suggest you come and live in England, but I'm not sure our guys are any better...

Well, I had been looking at Canada, since I know someone who lives up there, and he seems like a nice enough guy. And Canada is pretty close... probably a day to a day and a half drive to get up there, though I'd have to go all the way across canada to find my friend, since he'll be on the other side of Canada by then.
I haven't really heard about anything that David Icke has said... I don't even think I know who he is. But I think it is an insult to reptiles to say Bush is one... I know my pet lizard (won in the battle of the gods thread) who follows me everywhere on h2g2 certainly is insulted to think that he's even in the same branch of the animal kingdom as bush... though in that line of thought, I'm insulted that he could be human... but then I'm not all that enthusiastic about the human race anymore. I wanna be a mouse! Hehe, but in all seriousness, I think humanity is killing this planet, and while I don't agree with the extream ideas Nader brought up in his campain for presidency, I do think that we need to worry about the planet, because, the republicans think that we should worry about humans before the enviroment, but they're just writing themselves, and everyone else, a death warrent, because without the planet, and the enviroment, where would humanity live?
Well, I'm gonna hav'ta get going, as much as I could go on for hours and hours, I'm going to go out and spend some time with a friend I don't see so often. I'll talk to you later.

Yes, an extaordinarily stupid and short-sighted policy, isn't it? Limiting emissions would harm the US economy - not half as much as global warming will, mate..

David Icke (pronounced "ike") is a British former soccer player and TV sports presenter. His career took an unexpected turn in around 1992 when he announced on TV that he was the "Son of God"; since then he has been writing books about how we are being controlled by secret societies that are a front for twelve-foot lizards from the lower fourth dimension. ("Non-fiction" books, I hasten to add!!). Yes, he seriously thinks that world leaders and royals (including the Queen Mother, for goodness sake!) are shape-shifting, blood-drinking reptiles who eat children. The guy is barking mad. Check out his web site [URL removed by moderator] for details...

Forgetful of the [URL removed by Moderators] stamp the vogons so liberally use on URLs? Could you do me a huge favor, and put the URL on your space, so I can go check out the site you were so kindly directing me to? Thanks much!

Yeah, gawd, I was trying to make it NOT look like a URL, but I'd like to know why it is we fought a war to get rid of the nazis and apparently won it, yet here they are running the BBC...

Hehe... well, I used to do all sorts of weird stuff like put spaces bettween words, and spell out dot with [ and ] around them. They're getting pretty good at hunting down the URLs, and killing them with their [URL removed by Moderator] stamp... Evil Vogons! I even saw one posting where a person put spaces between each character in the URL, and the vogon who stamped it out put a space between each character of their URL removed by moderator stamp. They apparently have a bit of a sense of humor as they're busy taking away out ability to comunicate with each other.

I've looked over the responses to your (righteously) emotional and totally accurate assesment of the current administration of your country's government. I would like to extend a formal but not official) invitation to you to make the move that so many of your compatriots have chosen to make in the past. For an inspiring multimedia bit of incouragement go to this page: http://bantha.cjb.net/john/video.php?type=mov
As to those who us words such as "pathetic" to describe a reasoned and empathetic response to the horrid failures of ones country I would merely respond: "pathetic? no, patriot in the truest sense." My country, right or wrong is an attitude which indicates both that the country is wrong and the speaker is stupid.
