I think it might be nice to add a section in the middle about the sorts of problems that have occured after privatisation and what people should expect when travelling on a train journey (straight after the bit about who runs the trains). Then you could go on with the bit about games and what to pack as coping strategies following on from the problems.
Other than that ... great!

couple of things:
Thames trains covers more than just london - it runs regular services to just beyond newbury, and Oxford, and occassional ones as far as hereford - perhaps central south/thames valley would be a better description.
rule 2 at the end 'It is not their faults and they cannot help' - fault, not faults.
thats all I can find to criticise it one

Hi Grandad Ugg - as I recall this was here before under another guise.
Dunno what you've done to it but its excellent now
One slight criticism. Thameslink trains run from Bedford through London to Brighton so its not just London to South coast. I'm from Bedford and we always used Thameslink to get to London. Bedford is 50 miles north of London

( trivia fact - there used to be an intercity service from Befdord to St Pancras London - it was affectionally known as the Bedpan line )

Thanks Orcus for that fact, I have added it to the entry and created you with it. I have altered the Thames Trains service routes and changed the minor grammatical error.
How is it now?

'Befdord' should perhaps read 'Bedford' (sounds more british to German ears, but I could be wrong)
great entry

Ummm, Thameslink still says it runs from London to the South Coast
As I said it runs from Bedford at its northern extreme, through Luton Harpendon etc through to Kings Cross Thamselink and then all the way to Brighton on the South coast. It was the snailpace Thameslink service that replaced the Bedpan line (from Bedford at least). King Cross Thameslink is only a short walk from St Pancras station.

Take a look now. I don't live near London, the South Coast or Bedford, so I don't use Thameslink Trains! I travel on Central ones!
