I thought Emily was talking to both of us? And as I started talking to you it's unlikely you could have interrupted smiley - winkeye Ooh have you checked out that record shop near the Forum? They have older stuff...
*goes to look for Now12*

UGC smiley - smiley Ooh, and a researcher who likes TVRs smiley - smiley You're right - the cheesegrater look doesn't really suit it. Umm, not really sure what to make of the film, though watching the disclaimer at the beginning make sense over time was fun smiley - smiley

I found a tape of 1989 music yesterday - Belinda Carlisle included smiley - bigeyes Embarrasingly enough, I only mention her song as her's is the only name I can remember from the tape.

How is UCG Ye Olde Cinema? smiley - smiley That place is great, it's HUGE and it's so fun as there's so many distractions like Airhockey and bowling and stuff smiley - smiley
*grins*
You're shocked that I like TVR's? You've clearly not spoken to me that oftensmiley - winkeye It must be said that I was screaming the place down when that happened, I couldn't believe it 365bhp and they trashed it...in fact I don't think it was even the 6 speed, I think it was a X reg which would have made it the new Tuscan S which means it has 390bhp and 24 valves and it does 0-60 in less than 4 seconds and they still trashed it!!! How? smiley - sadface

Ultra Grandbrandspankingnew Cinema (UGC) can be Ye Olde Cinema when I'm feeling in the mood for being sarcastic about out of town development (what comes of being an architect in training - brainwashed by the anti-Barratts brigade, though I'll admit for good reason most of the time). You're right, UGC is pretty cool, though smiley - smiley

I wasn't shocked you liked TVRs, impressed at your taste smiley - smiley Do you like E-Type Jaguars and Aston Martin Vanquishes too? nb., the TVR in Swordfish was W-reg smiley - smiley I can't believe I remembered that detail...

Night night.

I should perhaps obey orders and go too - my brain hurts from a large lamp, a day's work and John Travolta's beard. Besides which, I'm posting out of sync with people... Too slow...

Night..again!

*grins at CW*
Yup it was a W reg but it was X reg spec smiley - tongueout
*can't believe she knows that*
Oh and I love TVR's (I assume you're shock at my taste was after hearing the stories of my music), I saw the new 6speed when it was launched at the 98 Motorshow and just loved the design on it. The way it combines the curves with the aggressive front grills and ooops...ahem smiley - erm Sorry! if you mention TVR's I tend to go off on a little umm tangent, still you should have heard my essay I wrote for this RCA car design course thingy smiley - winkeye

Ooh have you seen the new Aston Vanquish? It's in this months Top Gear..MMmmm they pit it against the F550 and it stands up remarkably well smiley - smiley

Mmm yes, Vanquish good, though I love modern TVRs so I think I'd take the multicoloured Speed 6. To go, of course, with my Chimaera - I'd never be able to bring myself to sell a car that was partly designed by a labrador smiley - smiley

(this is, of course, in the fictional world where I have a TVR Chimaera, rather than a Metro smiley - smiley )

Six litre, V-12, 460bhp of good...though you could buy 3 TVR's for the same price smiley - winkeye Ooh which colour the chromoflair purple of the pearlescent blue one? I picked the purple one when I first saw it but having seen Swordfish I'm quite tempted by the blue one...
*grins*
Old Chimaera or new Chimaera? The new one looks kinda like an older Jag X-type the way the fronts designed, especially the headlights...

Aaah, good call, the new one looks too 'old' if you see what I mean...

Where do you stand on Subaru's then? As well as my Tuscan I also don't own the Impreza WRX you see smiley - winkeye

smiley - smiley I came face to face with a more realistic dream car yesterday - I gave my boss a lift from the Citroen specialist (he's got a Xantia) and there was a DS sitting on the forecourt. Sadly it wasn't for sale...

Subarus are neat too, though again I prefer the old Impreza to the new one.

Lotus's? I have both new and old Elises and a 1960's Elan smiley - smiley
