other gross diseases include genital amoebiasis acquired thru anal intercourse; elephantiasis (of scrotum, breast etc); ainhum is interesting tho perehaps not gross enough; can't remember the name but there's a "disease" (not sure how genuine it is) of the Amazon where a small spiny fish swims up the urethra and frequently gets stuck; myiasis
