Considering the effects described in the books, a non-alcoholic one would have to contain TNT or something to be anything like it...

having difficulty getting a hold of alcohol? try using a mix of SURGE soda, Jones Cream Soda, and Snapple Fire.

Not exactly a PGGB, but the closest thing I've come across in a non-alcoholic beverage is termed 'psycho-juice'.
Take one empty 2 litre bottle and insert a funnel into it. Pour in 2 cans of Red Bull, 2 cans/pouches of Lucozade Sport, 1 can of Jolt Cola. Add three Pro Plus. Remove the funnel and replace the cap. Gently invert the bottle to mix. You now have about a litre and a half of a 'soft' drink that you can feel waking up you intestines as it travels around.
For added effect one could add halucinogens of ones choice, but that would be irresponcible, and not something I could possibly condone (ahem!).
