The Collapsed Ruins of the Strand Underpass (Where?)There, where, there on the stair. With little frogs on its head. (What?) (No, really. What?)

Hmm ... good question. There's always the ocean ... or a carved-out carnivorous coconut ...

But the plumbing needed to hook them up properly is 3 floors up in the closet at the back of the mountain lion room.

The Lincoln assassination was.

Depends on your POV. The Lincoln assassination led the way for the Radical Reconstruction and that caused all kinds of trouble for the South.

Not like John Wilkes Booth got off scott free either - first he breaks his leg jumping to the stage, then he eventually gets caught anyway.
And despite his deed, Lincoln is one of our most revered presidents of all time.
So I'd say things didn't exactly turn out the way he planned at all.

That's because you don't know the whole story. John Wilkes Booth was actualy from an alternate future where Lincoln wasn't killed and was hated by all except John Wilkes Booth (who hated the south). So he went back in time and killed his hero so that he would be reveared (and things would get worse in the south).

Well I'm glad to see it's all back to normal round here. Perhaps after the Shocking ET-induced Hiatus in Underpass Routine we all need a drink or two...
