All this talk of spam is making me hungry. A nice spam-and-eggs breakfast would taste great right about now.

When I was studying in Scotland I had some fried toast. I could physically feel my arteries clogging. Powerful stuff.

It is important to have nice, hard arteries. That way, when osteoporosis sets in, your arteries will be ready to take over.

If you dip the bread in beaten egg between toasting and frying it's called "French Toast". Tastes fab, but unbelievably high in cholesterol.

But Freedom Toast is awesome. So what you're saying is making a egg sandwich using Freedom Toast as bread is unhealthy?

Only if you want flexible arteries.

Can't we just have our arteries do some Yoga for flexibility? Just before a nice breakfast of Spam and Eggs, or perhaps French Toast?

Or eggs, spam, *and* french toast...

Or Spam, Spam, Spam, Eggs-n-Spam, and French Toast.

Or spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, baked beans and spam?

Or maybe Spam sushi? I made that once for a party. It went over surprisingly well.

Spam sushi sounds good , in fact most savoury dishes benifit from the addition of spam . They were doing spam with black pepper in the supermarket a little while a go , delish. Also stinky french garlic spam to celibrate the opening of spamalot in the west end . Cant think of anymore spam based trivia at the mo , other than it is a good bait for chub .

That just makes me want to cut a coconut in half.
