A small change... sicne this entry was written the points system described is the old system. The new system is infinitley more complicated (I can find it out if you think it should be updated).

If not, I'm afraid that the Update Headquarters is closed and has been for some time. However, if you'd still like to go forward with your UCAS updated entry do submit it to the UpdateForum.
