h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Herein lies an entry on Texas-style bock beer, which is not discussed elsewhere in the Guide (though German-style bock beer is). I took the entry to Writing Workshop first, and got good input, thanks, guys.

This is interesting. I'd also really like to see an entry on the Shiner brewing company, too.

I haven't heard that - I usually go for the longer articles, actually. But I'm a big fan of Shiner Boch, and in my opinion you had covered the topic well.
