I absolutely most positively agree with you.

Although I think the closing statement should read somewhat more sophisticated. Maybe like this:

--------------------------------------------(separator line is very important, I think)
This message was delivered using the Hermes Messaging Service (http://www.h2g2.com/A472501)
HMS. Delivering at the Speed of Hermes.

smiley - hug WONDERFUL!!!

I can get to it later today(or tomorrow)... any other messanger can give you the password(I do hereby grant my permission).. we are a team after all!!!

I've not been on much, as I have been catching up on matters I should have handled years ago(like learning to drive, and applying for this college I wanted to go to too... which just so happens to be the same one my dearheart will be going to this fall, so.... the incentive is HIGH!!!!)

What is "normal"? Have you ever experienced "normal"?

NO... but my ordinary abnormal behavior illustrates what normal should, by default, be like....

Hi there, fellow Hermeses!

I'm in and it works! Great!!! As I see, all messages we have received so far have been delivered already. But how do we find out, which one is not? I mean some day there will be loads of messengers and messages. How do we keep track? I would suggest for now, that whoever delivers a message just deletes the mail where it came from. That way it can't be sent twice and you always know, if there is work waiting to be done when you come in...

I'm loving it! Hoping to get some work to do soon now. (Do you think we should apply for a place on the front-page of h2g2? I think they would do it...)

I have written all this in an email from [email protected] which I sent back to [email protected] Don't know exactly why I did this, I just thought it would be fun. It wasn't.

How do we aply? I don't remember how. Archangel Galaxy Babe once told me. Let's find out if she still remembers... I'll ask her..

Ok, here's the deal: in the conversation http://www.h2g2.com/FFM58062?thread=87935&skip=0&show=20#p774181she wrote:

So I guess we do that. It's just that I would like to get the MoreInfo - Page sorted out before we announce to the great public. I don't know if the rest of the h2g2'ers are as silly as me (thx btw) but I would _run_ and get a message delivered by HMS. And we do want to look great, don't we?

Who are the other messengers anyway?

I think I just go and make the page and then write the email.... Be back here when I'm done

You are very much welcome.

I went and did it. I did the page. Looka here: http://www.h2g2.com/A504370
It was a bit of a drag because my connection broke down halfway thru it, but I managed. And I think I even found the right "Vince". Would you please check the page and let me know if it's alright? Then I would send the eMail to the frontpage-editor.

It really is great fun doing all this. Much more interesting than the boring paper I should write!

-Gin

You have done a great job-- my one little pet peeve is that you drop the "The" at the beginning of the title for the page(The Mushome really doesn't have THE Musehome, THE Bacchus Bar, THE Clio Library of History... you see!? smiley - winkeye)

I have made some compliments at the actual page.

So nice to be the boss... smiley - winkeye

I took the "the" out. :-( I did like it somewhat, but I can live without it. Wasn't that pretty after all. Anyway I did also write the email to the editor of the post. I hope this all works out... Oh and thought that maybe you should put up a link from this page to my page. So that the people can find it.... Maybe put the line "More information and details on out valuable service can be found here (http://www.h2g2.com/A504370)." somewhere close to the head of your (this) page. And if I may suggest something... use the p-tag (

or <p> whichever looks like html) for your paragraphs. In classic goo it makes the text stick so close to the headlines... If you want... -Gin
