Right, need to sparge now. * Fills watering can with hot liquor from the tea urn and starts to pour onto mash *
Time passes
Ho hum, 
that should be enough now.
* Watches fascinated as the last bit of liquor filters through the mash 8)*
Right time to start the boil Mmmm Fuggles and Goldings I think. * Turns up the heat on the second urn. Lobs in a good few handfuls of hops. *
*Clouds of steam begin to fill the room.*
Ooops, should have fitted an extractor fan! Now, where's the window?

Deary me! No it's gotta boil for an hour, then be cooled & transfered to the FV. Then about 2-3 days brewing then stand for a couple of days, then racked off into casks, then secondary fermentation for 2 or three days THEN it's ready!
COOLING! 
I've got an hour to build a paraflow!
* Starts rummaging around for coils of copper pipe *

Lass, I found some lying about as well 
* Cleans & coils pipe up and places in sink. fixes hose to either end. *
Boil is just about done now.
* Jacks tea urn up, fixes hose from paraflow to tap. Puts other hose in Brewing Bucket. Sets cold tap running in sink fills sink, then eases off the flow until water goes down drain at same rate as comes in. Opens tap on bottom of urn.......*
Yep thats about the right temperature.

Fine, Fine.... Now Where's the yeast? Ah There it is.
* Pitches yeast into wort, gives it a good old stir. rests lid on top of FV and wanders off to look for a

* Carefull lifts lid of FV an peers in to see a thick creamy froth has formed on top of the brew. Gives the brew a stir. Takes a sample and checks the gravity*

It'll be a few more hours before I can think about stopping the fermentation, not before the is ready. You can't rush the poor little beasties.
