A Conversation for What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?

I'm just wondering, I understand that it takes up to or slightly over 4 weeks to edit. Regardless, on my page should there be a change in the status column, or anything at all?

Until the Subeditor returns the entry to the Editors (ie, hands over editing rights to the entry), the entry shouldn't even appear in your article list. As soon as this does happen, it'll appear as a 'Pending' entry until it reaches the Front Page, when it'll appear as an 'Edited' entry.
