I don't think you should be posting your son's full name especially if it is a password smiley - erm

Albaus

Thanks, I thought about that but as I cannot access the account anyway, I thought it might help them believe that I really am Albaus as the information I give them might be close to the original answer. Also, there is nothing you can find out about my son by only knowing his full name that you could not find out about him anyway if you wanted to.

In addition, his name is not a password, but the answer to a secret question, unfortunately I have long ago forgotten the password.

Thanks for the concern though. smiley - smiley

Yeah, but isn't the secret answer for when you forget your password, so it could be used to access your account?

Emailing the Eds is the best bet smiley - ok

I think if your son is a child then you're not allowed to post his full name or other details. Posting identifying information of anyone is generally frowned upon smiley - ok

"Chances are, if it is the oldest account, it can not be revived.

Any accounts predating the SSO and not used in the mean time seem to give troubles on reactivating. "
