Hi Lucinda! This is a very enlightening article on the subject, and I was pleased to see that you cited my participation as an example. However, the comment Miranda made was relevant because I used so many different text styles in my four examples. The point is lost a bit, however, in your list of my nicknames. "imdumru" is all lower case. "Colonel Sellers" is the only one that follows convention. Incidentally, it may be revealing that there was a specific evolutionary trend in the development of those names. They came in this order:
imdumru
GargleBlaster
BluminIdyut
Colonel Sellers
I guess I got more conventional as I became more comfortable with my own online presence. Or not. I leave it to the analysts to decide.
