Just wanted to know what people think of this theory.

Hmm...
It's a fun entry - good in the unofficial guide... but...

Entries are meant to be factual... And I don't think this is... on the other hand, an entry on the various predictions that have been made for how and why the world will end would be a GREAT entry - and this way could be one of those ways... but I don't think the entry works as it stands...

Yes - sorry, StokerZ, but Lucinda's quite right about this one. Nice personal entry, not a hope in heck of getting Edited.

Worse than being non-factual, though, it actually refers to the book by Douglas Adams: such references are pretty much a death-knell in terms of acceptance. Especially the 42 thing. DNA seems to really *hate* the 42 issue and all the theories that have built up around it. I suppose that if you'd spent the last twenty years having to repeat "I just bloody made it up! Okay?" at every question-and-answer session you might feel the same...

Oh well, I guess it will be something I can keep for my own entertainment. It always fun for a geek as myself to come across theories about 42 and the meaning. Thanks for the comments
