After studying the weather for 22 hours I think I can conclude that is is rather cold, Hati. I'll have another cup of coffee and a bottle of rum, please!

Haven't seen you for a few days. How's things?

Had to work hard, you know, ..., preparing the garden for the winter, hauling all the plants into the basement, cutting the grass a last time, raking loads of leaves, the lot.

As an additional bonus my regular job took more time than I had, and as an additional² bonus I've had some rehearsal for a gig where I'll sit in as a substitute.

This makes up for an average 36hr-day, but now it's getting calmer .

That's some good stuff you have here. I'm not too deep into Scotch, but I like that!

Mmmm - this one's a Western Islands malt --- dark in colour - and taste from the peat they use when malting .... taste the burnt peat?

I don't quite remember, ..., it's best to get another one.



You are right, there's a touch of peat. Reminds me of some special brands of beer from small familiy breweries. Sometimes you can smell rests of the wood that they used for malting.
