yep - do continue!
Entries in progress are not suitable for peer review - so I'm moving this to the writing workshop - there you may glean precious nuggets of wisdom from your fellow researchers on how best to write an autobiographical entry... and, of course, share your own jewels of knowledge with those less fortunate than yourself. I hope to see you back here soon with a finished entry!

Ok, do I have to do anything about this?

The story about Slow Glass was in fact a novel by Bob Shaw called "Other Days, Other Eyes". It is possible that there was an earlier short story by Bob Shaw on the same topic.

not at all - though you may wish to pay attention to this thread, in case you get useful comments from the workshop. You may also want to wander about other workshop threads and see if you can learn anything or impart anything - what is the sound of one person headbutting, after all?
Aside from that - sit back and enjoy the ride. The emergency exits are here, and here - and to inflate the emergency life jacket pull sharply down on the red toggle.

Quite right, I remember now, having read the Novel first (Years before) I then read the Short Story - not realising they were in any way linked, and had this major feeling of Deja Vu all the way through..... Good story though...

Argon0,
In order to make you entry into a good one, you will need to put some structure on it. This should be done at the start rather than as an afterthought at the end.
Decide on sections and put in the headings, then start filling out each section. I suggest:
Summary
Some biography
Early Work
Later Work in collaboration
Most significant works
I suggest that you only give a detailed description of three or four works. The rest can get a one or two line summary.
Write far too much, then work on cutting out the bits you don't really need, trimming it down into a really interesting article.

Thanks Gnomon - life has got a tad complicated since I started this, and time on-line has been limited to simple Fora entries, with no time for Guide Entries - Let alone Projects (i.e. my Ski Resorts Project).
Thanks for the contructive criticism though! - Any one else feel like contributing to the Article, and anyone know how to set this up!?

Sorry, I can't contribute anything useful on the author
As to setting it up, there *are* suggestions further up in this thread
