Oooh.. it'd be difficult to pick between Sylvester McCoy and David Tennant... but if its classic and new then I go with Reefgirl's choices...
After them Tom Baker, and then anyone else... I like pretty much all the Doctor of any era, though the stories I tend to least enjoy are Colin Bakers's for some reason...

I don't know why i didnt like him
something about his portrayal of the character just annoyed me slightly
