copywriting & marketing a board game

My son and I have developed, over 15 years, a LORD OF THE RINGS game, thats been a real hit with so many people. I dont think we could market it ourselves, but would like to copywrite the game, then try to get someone to produce it. Any ideas?

Just a thought .....
Wouldn't you have to get permission from the Tolkien estate first?

Idont want to do all that - just pass on the ideas to a games producer who would sort it out.
One suggestion is that I send the rules and basic format - i.e. - post those to myself and to my solicitor - so I have a dated proof - then offer the game to games producers - Is anyone on h2g2 interested in games production ? - I'm talking board / table games.
