Nokia 2310 Internet Compatibility????

In addition to the mobile phone I carry with me I have a Nokia 2310 that I leave at home and give to all the people I don't need to contact me in an emergency.
According the (Web2Txt.co.uk) the website I used for my mobile mobile (the one I carry with me for emergencies) they can supply me with an MP3 ring tone for my Nokia. But they also say I need mobile internet access.
I didn't think you could get internet access on the Nokia 2310. Or am I missing something?
