You may have seen that Japanese guy who makes daft inventions (anyone know his name?). Anyone got any ideas for daft inventions along similar lines?
My suggestions:
Sun roof umbrellas. So you can have your car sun roof open when it's raining.
Sock belts. To keep your socks up!

You should go to http://www.totallyabsurd.com/absurd.htm it has many of the strangest things submitted to the patent offices. They are hard to beat in the insanity stakes.
