I do believe you can make your recipe much, much tastier with the following:
1/2 pint of whipping cream
1 cup whiskey
4 oz. homogonized milk
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. chocholate syrup or Kaluah (Nestles Quick will do in a pinch)
The added chocolate will make it delish, and if you top it off with a hint of Amaretto, you've died and gone to heaven.

I'll be sure to try it and tell you what I think. I think the addition of chocolate would be a welcome one but would stray from the original "Irish Coffee" flavour of Baileysish.
