I wonder where you draw the boundary line. I'm up for Cognitive Science and the Philosophy of Science. OK, it ain't physics, but some relevant questions will baffle most physicists. smiley - winkeye

Hey right! The research is easy, but writing up at that length is something one has to learn as one goes along - at the price of endless revision.

I am abashed to admit I never noticed this forum! I'd be happy to volunteer as a Sexpert. My fields of expertise, in order of familiarity, are: nuclear and chemical engineering, safety engineering, risk analysis.

Thanks!

- JD (will be checking in a lot more frequently now)

Can I just put Nuclear and Chemical Engineering? ...otherwise it'll mess up my table (possibly) smiley - winkeye

(Hmmm, if this appears twice, sorry - seemed like the web sort of hiccuped right as I posted my first reply.)

Yes, that'll be fine. After all, risk analysis and safety engineering are the two aspects of Chemical/Nuclear engineering I'm involved in, and I'm not really a proper NukeE (not at least by degree, which is in ChemE actually, but experience and training ...). 'nuff said. That'll work. smiley - cheers

I can help too... My field of expertise is mainly in medicine (particularly psychiatry) and consciousness studies.

That might be well covered, though.

Ste

Ello,

I haven't been around h2g2 for a while, and for the first time in a while feel the urge to get stuck in again. I think SEx would be a perfect way to go about that.

I'm an evolutionary biologist who uses genomics and molecular biology to get stuff done. Currently in the middle of a PhD doing just that at a UC school in California.

So I suppose put me down for "Evolutionary Biology, Genomics, and Molecular Biology" then. If you wouldn't mind.
