They never get dirty
the longer you wear them the blacker they get.

I think I shall wash them but something keeps telling me

you have made many points which lead me to consider extreme usage of the black sock, the only thing stopping me is the fact that i wash my socks according to smell, not appearance, so the washing process would not actually be delayed....BLACK socks..AY?
