Use large baking potatoes
Quantity - depends on how many you want to feed!
Wash spuds, don't peel.
Cut into wedges and place in large, deep baking tin.
Splash on a couple of tablespoons of oil (I use olive but you could use corn or sunflower)and a splosh of soy sauce.
Crumble over a vegetable stock cube.
Bake in the top of (pre heated) oven on high heat for about forty minutes.
