Help please. I can't sign in as me

I have gone through the new BBC membership thing and it wont let me sign in as me(Rhynch) I was just about to put my first guide entry up for review too
. Can you help me on this?

"Are you sure you used the right name? We have a Login name (max 20 char) and a Screen Name (long). 
The System is complaining about the wrong bit, if you use the wrong name it replies 'There is no account for that name'. And if you use the wrong Password it comes with 'Wrong password'. 
Keep trying, you know what you are doing the systems are only responding to their best effort. "

Did you ever get in, Rhynch? Which part of it isn't working, the username bit or the password bit? If it's the password that's wrong (and you've forgotten it), you can always use your secret question to remind you of it. If it's the username that's wrong, try to remember what name you typed in there when you first registered. Unlike your name onsite, you can't change it or add funny things on the end. It has to be exactly the same.
