As a non builder can this be simplified a bit (a bit technical) Looks good though might even split into 2 or more entries if you want to get deeper into the subject

Part 1 The bits of the body
Part 2 Getting fit amd building the body
Ok then
# Trapezius
The Trapezius Starts at the point behind your skull across the left hand side across the top of your shoulder and goes to bottom of the spine quarter of the way up from the bottom of the spine is the lower Trapezius.
1.what is a Trapezius, is only on the left, what is it doing and why
This sort of thing needs to be simplified with clear explanation (the big print version with pictures) so there is no doubt as what you mean.
Good entry though

To me, it just looks a bit to convoluted to follow easily. It might help to reorganise it a bit.
You could try first numbered listing the 15 muscle groups, and then clarifying them one by one.
This would clear up all the disjointed bulleting.
It may be just me, but trying to follow it gives me a headache today.

I still don't understand the trapezius bit - do we only have a trapezius on the left side of our bodies?
Also, it might be a good idea to mention what each muscle does, which body part it moves.
