Well, these are the ones I recognise. I think.

* I will never play The Dane
Richard E. Grant in Withnail and I?

* Ba-ba-ra-ra-cu-cu-da-da
Summer Fun, by the Barracudas

* Badges? We don't need no stinking badges!
Guessing at Blazing Saddles, when Hedley Lamarr (that's Hedley!) recruits his private army.

* Wiv a nice bit of posh from Burnham-on-Crouch
Aha! Billericay Dickie, by Ian Dury and the Blockheads.

* I'm the king of bongo baby, I'm the king of bongo bong
Manu Chao, but you had to tell me that!

* Two, slightly distorted guitars
Is it Vivian Stanshall on 'Tubular Bells'?

"I didn't get a 'harumph' out of that guy"

Here's my guesses....

Caution: Not effective on roadrunners
Didn’t I hear that some company actually put a discliamer like that on an ACME-type product?

Quantum ille canis este in fenestra
How much is that doggie in the window?

I am Gosho of Borg. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile
Not Locutus of Borg?

I will never play The Dane
It’s not Withnail – it’s the Uncle Monty

I've killed the wabbit... poor widdle bunny
Poor Elmer. Always disappointed.

Made out of sunshine and farts
Whether I’m on the right track here I don’t know, but in Gulliver’s Travel there a professor trying to extract sunlight from cucumbers.

Zoodlewirdle zoodlewirdle zoodlewirdle
Uttered by Marvin at the bottom of a very deep hole in the second radio series.

Two, slightly distorted guitars
Yep, I thought that was from Tubular Bells, too.

There is only one thing worse than being Gosho, and that is not being Gosho

smiley - laugh Oh Jeez, that's one of my favourite films ever smiley - biggrin I'm sure I've said this before, and no doubt I'll say it again - I do a *really* good impersonation of Danny the Dealer smiley - ok

*Badges*, or some such variation of it, has been in many films and TV series, but it was not originally in the Blazing Saddles. Go back much further in movie history.

*Poor widdle bunny* - yep, Elmer. But from which WB short?

*Sunshine and farts* - I don't remember where that one came from, but I've never read Gulliver's Travels.

There are so many more I wish I could use but can't - like certain quotes from Don Herzfeldt's 'Rejection' smiley - laugh

"I am a consumer whore"
"And how!"

Are we awake?
We're not sure. Are we... black?
Yes, we are.
Then we're awake, but very puzzled.

....

Need any help?
Ohhhh... all I can get.

"Vhere are the nooclear wessels?" - is a line spoken by Chekov in the fourth Star Trek film.

Strangly, no one was inclined to tell the Russian where the American nuclear vessels were. Odd, that.

I seem to remember a Morecombe and Wise sketch were Eric is singing a song, and there's three baking singer (one of which is Ernie). Each of the singer makes a different sound, one of which is definately 'Yatatata', but I can't remember the other two. Ernie makes several interuptions to the song, suggesting different arrangements that my help the song. By the end of the song Eric is making all three sounds, and the three baking singers are actually singing the song to Eric's baking.

Any connection?
