Tuning A Guitar Down A Semi-Tone

This is a very useful skill to have if you, like me, play other peoples songs from tabs. I know that U2 tune their guitars down and so do The Killers in most of their songs. There are many different ways to do it, but the way I do it is very fast, easy and accurate.
If you use a tuner, turn it on / plug it in, however yours works. If you tune by ear, then fine.
Hold the E string (low) down in the 1st fret. tune it so that it sounds like / your tuner says it is, the open E note.
Do this for the other 5 strings (or 3, it works for bass too!)and your guitar is tuned down.
See. Easy!
