Sinners

"Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,
but made himself nothing,
taking the very nature of a slave,
being made in human likeness.
And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
and became obedient to death—even death on a cross!
Therefore god exalted him to the highest place,
and gave him a name above every name,
that at the name of jesus every knee should bow
in heaven, on earth, and under the earth,
and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord
to the glory of God the father." (Philippians 2:5-11)
"For god so loved the world that he gave his one and only son,
so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."
(John 3:16)
Thank You, Lord. While we were seperated; "while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." And lord we were still sinners, but now through your amazing grace and the perfect sacrifice of Christ to atone for every sin, past, present, and forever, we are washed clean and when we die and come before your jugement seat, O God, You will see a perfect life, without sin. Though we could not do it on our own, because a life with one sin deserves to be cast away from your presence, but Your son paid that cost perfectly. And thank you for not leaving us alone when Jesus returned to glory. Thank you for leaving your Holy Spirit, the spirit of God, to guide us in your will every hour of every day. And keep us on the right path so that we may be an example, for we carry the light to the world, and they need to know your love also. Through this school week keep our thoughts focused, and our actions pure, and fill us with your spirit that we should be bold and confidant as your servant Paul was, and espesially as your son Jesus was. We pray for all those who don't know you that they would seek answers with an open heart, that when they find you they would let you into their very lives, and then live for you God. We pray with all of our hearts, in your sons name.'
