These questions already appear on the 'Questions: Part One' page. Why have a second page? Or maybe I should ask, "Why haven't they been removed from the Part One page?"

Well spotted. When I was putting up Part Two, I toyed with simply appending the new questions, but then thought better of it, but obviously I forgot to remove the Part Two questions from Part One.
They're gone now, though.
