Unsubscribed from PR: FM bound?

The intro to the Flea Market has the following to say about when an entry is ripe to be moved there:

>>The Flea Market is where the Editors move entries from other Review Forums if the author 'leaves the building' or abandons their entry for some other reason. We define 'leaving the building' as not posting to h2g2 in three months. <<

IMHO, the words "or abandons their entry for some other reason" also cover cases where the author has unsubscribed from the PR thread.

How do y'all see that?

I wouldn't automatically use unsubscribing from the PR thread as a reason to move to the FM. There are many who have accidentally unsubscribed, and others who have "given up" and unsubscribed because no one is commenting on their entries.

If an entry is languishing in PR, and the author has unsubscribed from the thread, I suggest:

1) posting a note to the author's user space asking them if Peer Review is still something they want to pursue with the entry, giving them a link to the thread.

2) making sure that there are actually substantive comments in the PR thread, and that they are clear enough that the author should be able to act on them.

If the author responds that they are no longer interested in pursuing Peer Review, then the thread should be moved back to the entry. If the author says they still want to pursue Peer Review, I would earmark that thread as one in which the author may need extra help and nudges to move things along.

If the author doesn't respond within 2 weeks, *and* it's been the requisite 3 months since the author last posted in the PR thread, then I *might* consider a move to the FM appropriate.

Just my 2 cents.

Personally, if the author took the trouble to specifically unsubscribe from their own thread, that definately constitutes abandonment.
