My other half took twenty years to tell me he didn't like garden peas, but preferred processed peas (tinned!) In fact a friend had had him round for lunch and let the cat out of the bag the next time we all had a meal together!

In reverse though, he converted me to curry (home made), and get ready for this - cheese with fruit cake, and jam with Yorkshire pudding!
