Yah, Montu kidnapped Aries. He controls '888

You might wanna get hold of Aries and work something out

So far, since my return, I have only been in the actual gate room once. That was when I first popped out of it. I then left and have never returned to it
When base went into lockdown, I couldn't make it into the gateroom. Which is why I hid in the corridor outside the gateroom, up until the point a jaffa grabbed me. At which point I was released on orders from Montu and wasn't confined in anyway. Why would the Jaffa care if I left the control room?
Evidently I'm not the only one who is confused.

Couldn't you have made a Corridor thread and what was all that conversation with Walter?
The OOC Conversation
Aries (ACE) Posted Jun 4, 2007
I could have yes, sorry.
Which part of the conversation with Walter?

Reefgirl (Brunel Baby) Posted Jun 4, 2007
When walter was talking about the access codes, was that face to face or via radio?

I was under the impression that you came into the control room when the Jaffa broke through, grabbing you and so on. Remember, when Reefgirl told the Jaffa not to disobey his God?
At any rate, the only access to Reefgirl's office (Which I assume is in the same place as Hammond's/Landrey's/O'Neill's/Wier's office) is through the control room and upstairs, unless you happened to use the inactive elevators to go up a floor...

Aries (ACE) Posted Jun 6, 2007
Reefgirl: That was via radio
Nuge: I don't remember the office being upstairs. The book I have says it was just up the corridor.

If you're communicating by radio you're supposed to use \/\...\/\

Hammond's office. Just off to one side of the briefing room, which is up that flight of stairs that leads into the control room. Or up a floor, and in through the other door. Watch SG-1, dearie.

Yeah, there are no rooms next to the control room, you can see the stargate from the breifing room, maybe that's where the confusion comes in

The only access to the control room is through the door just outside the gateroom bulkhead and up a small flight of stairs. At the back of the control room is an L-shaped flight of stairs which leads to the briefing room. There are two corridors leading out onto floor 27, and the base commander's office.

Yeah, MY ha'tak. She's messing up the furniture.
And F-Y-I... The SGC was a permanent set installation at Paramount until SG-1 closed up. Could well still be there... It's kinda real.
I myself have end-of-year exams at the moment, so I'm far from fully involved myself.

Fair enough, you folks come back when you can, I'll still be here

I appear to have lost the plot myself. Our office has had a recent influx of requests so I'm not around much either.
Key: Complain about this post
