Thanks to all and especially 2legs for making a great meet!
I am so sorry I had to leave early (8.30 I think) but the fever and sore throat made me slightly uncomfortable... I slept 12 hrs straight on a dose of ibuprofen, and had to take monday off work too.
Anyway, I really am glad I made the trip, even though the evening was short, and I did enjoy it. I strolled around London the next day, and have decided to bring the family next time!
Also, I had promised to say a big hello to everyone at the meet, from Pierce the Pirate, who could not make it this time.

I also meant to say that _the fever_ made me forget the Pirates greeting to you all! Fever made me forget that bit in the last post. Must go back to bed I think.

I'm not sure how it started, but it seems a lot of questions can be answered by simply replying with "your mother". Must have been invented when I was drunk!

if I'd have known I might have paid more attention to the quizz and less attention to my practising my 'speed drinking' technique (I fully expect this to be an olympic sport at some point and I want to be ready for when it is) thanks to everyone for comign!
