I've just noticed the tea-bags; still sitting next to my front door where i left them instead of bringing them yesterday to deliver to TC!
sorry about that.
It wouldn't be so bad, but i'm not a big drinker myself. I'll have to find a donor (that's 'donor' - I'm not saying i'm hungrig!)

Bill Bryson. I'm surprised you remembered! But then, a librarian..
It was really great - and the amount of organisation proved to be exactly right.
So thanks to Floh and Co for showing us around. And to the weather for letting us sit outside and not have to worry about getting wet and needing s
I got home at three am. And until you mentioned it, I'd completely forgotten the teabags.
Never mind - next time
Really really great evening. Am totally knackered, but have pushed aside Everest of papers on desk to just at least let you all know I got home OK.
(Last paragraph apparently written in the style of Bridget Jones! V. good!)
It really was the highlight of my ... erm.. Wednesday! No, seriously, I'll thrive on that one for a good while. Nice to meet you all.
Hope Ottox will be back on line soon.
I shall write a bit of an entry tonight if no one else has. Please post your links to photos here or e-mail them to me. Danke schön.

Hi Spiff!
"Muss! Und selbst?" :D
(Translation/Explanation for Moderators:
"Has to, and you?"
Shortest known way to answer the question "How are you" - "Wie iset?".
"Muss!" is frequently used by Westfalians to politely express that everything - including health, business, faith and family - is going the best of ways.
"Und selbst?" polite way to ask the same question in return, expressing the deepest hope that everything is fine as well, or - in the very unlikely case that it isn't - comforting and assuring that it will return to that state very soon.)
TC, the two of who?

Hiya
That 'Muss' thing works in Frog, too.
'Faut! Et toi' would do fine as a response to the standard, 'Ca va?'
These little things, eh.
Frankly, I'm not HP!

It sounds very kind of "imperative" and "schaffig"... I rather like the answer: " Do you really want to know? Well, first of all..." far better
*sobs about having had to bring Hati to the today...*
Frankly, I'm not HP!
