what about Canada

Digby, a dog that barks.

I and many of my beaver loveing brothers are quite offended by being gourped in with that Polyester Plauged Place known as the USA. I hope you Welsh fools, wihich I have always presumed had a better sense of geography than to refer to a country by a continent's name, pardon me actually a name shared by three Continents. I personally belive all eight of you (Rob Bevan........ Sean Coleman..... Charles Heil..... Sarah Hilliard..... Amy
Mandeville..... Wayne Matthews-Stroud..... Neil Richards....... Tim Wright) ought to change your names to git.

I didn't care for the dots either.

We didn't like the dots either. We just wanted a bit of space between the words and that was the only way to do it. Honest.

You're right about America too. So why not submit an entry for Canada to clear things up?

In fact, as you were right about the dots and about America, maybe right about us all being Welsh too...

first of all being a polyester clad USA type I am appalled that we are grouped in with a bunch of fur wearing, hockey watching, bad beer drinking ( your beer sucks I might add ) types. I mean what has Canada done? hmmm?...Yes the US has its faults, But we worked hard to achieve those faults, We have earned them. Canada?....yah up dere in da great white north?. yah you betcha dey have done plenty for the world like ...um...well...Canadian bacon?...All I can say is dont make us come up there... Cheers : )

MR. thundercracker Perhaps Canadians Haven't done much to the notice of Yanks, but I think it may have something to do with the the forgotten War of 1812...Where you guys Lost to us. Every since then the US has sort of been in denial about the existence of your northern neighbor.

Canada entry..hmmm what a dauntly patriotic task...I'll have to grab a dozen or so pints of Molson Canadian a block of ice to sit on and some genuine Saskatchewan Seal skin trousers and begin my research...

Hey....Cloudesley a man who knows where his towel is......

You are Canadian eh? But why did you spell neighbour as neighbor eh?

I prefer a brewski from "Upper Canada Brewers" myself eh!
But I heard on the radio today that Molson's is the oldest established Brewery in North America.

A vast country, with more telephone poles than people; more lakes than canoes; and a relativly small but content Polar Bear population.

i think that I feel such an animosity toward Canada is not your people as a whole per se' but your association with the French...I know we have had one too but we dont speak the silly prissy language. I have a lot of respect for those in The Northwest Territories however...they must be tough bast*rds

I'm not too worried about Americans coming up here [Canada]. With their knowledge
of geography, they'd never find us smiley - smiley

Beware of the wit and wisdom of polyester clad USA types. The Welsh putting us together is a little ironic,
considering how similar Wales is to England. I'm always mixing up Tom Jones and Tony Blair. Then again,
blow dried Billie Clinton is quite similar to Jean Cretien. They hang their towels up on the same bar.

hmm I thought that the Canadians(not the British red coats) after the battle of Montreal(British soil, only sorta) marched down and burned the white house. Seems a funny thing for the *losing* side to do, eh.

It's fair to say that how ever much the Canadians laugh at the Americans, the Americans at the Canadians, and the English at everyone else, the one thing that insurmountable is that no-one likes the French.

So what exactly is the the deal with the Canadian Accent.
I believe its all a myth. Our enunciation and pronounciation is no stranger than anyone else. I am interested in hearing what everyone else has to say however.

The only way I (a Canadian) will survive taking NAFTA bullying up the butt, is to become an American so I can purchase a gun and shoot myself!
