ter'angreal can look like anything, depending upon their purpose and the tastes of the Aes Sedai who made them.
jacculus, I don't know because although I'm an ACE I am not a sub-editor (yet) so submission isn't my strong point. However, I will enquire and see if any of the other ACEs know, since some of them are subbies as well.
Anything else I forgot to mention?

You forgot to mention how fun it is to argue with oneself.

Are large numbers in fashion or something all of a sudden? And talking to onesself? I'm far too busy for that kind of thing. As well as all my regular commitments I have to fit in battling Darkfriends, putting upstart Jedi Masters in their place, dealing with "nuisances to life" like Jar-Jar Binks, teaching other men to channel saidin and listening to the Mediaeval Baebes! And you thought your schedule was busy.

Sorry guys, another Jar-Jar Binks impersonator has been spotted on Coruscant. I have to go and deal with him.
* opens a gateway and leaves for Coruscant *

* a noise comes through the still-open gateway:*
Jar-Jar Impersonator: Me-sir Jar-Jar Binks!
MaW: No you aren't. The real Jar-Jar Binks no longer has a tongue. And, your head is fake. [ rubbery pulling-off-costume sound ] You're not even a Gungan, are you? No, I can see that. You're quite obviously a human.
Jar-Jar Impersonator [now in normal human voice]: I wouldn't tangle with me, if I were you.
MaW: Oh? Why not?
Jar-Jar Impersonator: I am a great Jedi.
MaW: Really? Now that's interesting... How great?
Jar-Jar Impersonator: I am the most powerful Dark Jedi in the galaxy [lightsaber ignites] and I am going to destroy you for your impertinence.
MaW: Now that's interesting. This should be fun. Look! flying pigs!
Jar-Jar Impersonator: Where?
* there is a scream which hangs on the air as a flash of light shines out of the gateway, fading quickly. Shortly afterwards, MaW comes through and the gateway closes *
I can't believe he fell for the "Flying pigs - Balefire" trick! It's nearly as old as plain simple Balefiring. Oh well. People are stupid.

He obviously didn't stay with his Master very long before badgering off to the Dark Side. He didn't even have a "danger sense."

No, evidently not. I thought that was too easy. Obviously someone decided to go independant before he was out of nappies. I wonder who his master was? Perhaps I should go tell him off.
