I'm also a recent House convert, having started watching this series too. Love it! Though it does annoy me a bit when someone says something that makes House realise something he's overlooked, and he gets that look on his face.
I thought Blink was absolutely fantastic! Didn't miss the Doctor or Martha at all because Sally was so good. The angels were an inspired idea; the bit where the light started going out and every time it flickered on the angels were closer was fantastic - and a little scary!

Thanks for shareing your comments! It's always nice to hear what other people think. Sometimes i feel i'm just writeing in a void! 
Gotta love House!I have to say though the whole realistation thing dosent bother me, reminds me of johnathon creek!
