Working on an Internet Service Desk isn't always fun and games, many customers aren't nice people, through strenuous research I have narrowed them down to three catagories, (there are many other grey areas as well but for arguments sake I have catagorised them)

Firstly is the complete novice: They react well to help and are always eternally grateful to you for helping them type in a search entry.

Secondly (and by far the worst) is the person who thinks they know a lot but only know a bit: These are the worst for the simple reason that they aren't affraid to change things on their computer (not always a bed thing) but don't know why it goes wrong when they delete a vital systems file. Then, to make matters worse, they will fly off the handle when you imply it is their fault.

Lastly the computer nerd: This is the person who simply wants someone to talk to as they re-install theur entire operating system and hack into the Pentagon. (The solution to this problem is always, open the window leave the house and get some friends.)
