No, 9 units of alcohol is 9 units of alcohol.
It's like "what weighs more, a pund of rocks or a pound of feathers?"
Well, they both weigh a pound, but the rocks take up much less space then feathers.
So if you drink 9 units of alcohol from vodka, your stomach will still have much room left for more.
Beer fills you up faster.

I know theoreticaly both the vodka and the beer should have the same effect, but strangely I get drunker faster with beer than with vodka
