its not that cold in ireland, i went to dublin in august and it was quite warm!

That was August, the warmest month in the Irish year!

This is October, and believe me it's cold outside!

Eh! you get a whole warm month in Ireland! I'm on the west coast of Scotland we get summer every year 3rd Doobry in July between 2 and 4 in the afternoon.

We have way too many warm months here - more like unbearably hot actually. (there should be a smiley) (maybe one day they'll have a smiley and then this bit will look right)

A couple of years ago I went on a trip to Ireland with my family. It was August. We had maybe three days or so when it didn't rain at all, all day. People were thrilled. Go figure.
