I am currently confused with an issue that I am debating at work at the moment > if so please someone clarify which is louder A) cheap brand of speakers eg Goodmans 100 W or Expensive Brand eg Bose 100W Also Can You Tell Me Why in catalogues why is sound measured in watts not decibels . Please be gentle with your answer as I am new to this site . Thank You
