I was beginning to think there was some unwritten rule about threads having a minimum number of pages in order to be taken seriously(?) until I realised what you were actually doing. Of course there are other threads where the contributors are definitely trying to achieve some maximum number of posts. Then again, you could coincidentally be going for that coveted number 1 position on h2g2 info...

How about being the first to get an Edited Article onto it then. Think of the status and publicity that would bring as the only thing listed there at all for people to see!

Tango, Loup, how can you be giving up so easily?! Or is there some other reason Loup has burst into tears on this thread?
I suppose if there has been a specific "no hacking" directive from Jim on this issue, we'll have to play nicely though.

but i've got enough on my plate at the mo' before _even_ starting thinking of writing potential edited entries...
then again, once i get my computer things might change...
so now... any ideas on how to take over the hub?!...
